Computer Network Engineers/Technicians
- Duties include installation, moves, add, and change of desktop computers, printers, peripherals, file servers and standard desktop software. Having the abilities to troubleshoot and resolve end-user problems in a networked environment is an integral aspect of this position.
Requirement:
- As a minimum an Associate Degree, or Technical Training combined with 1 to 3 plus years of related desktop computer service experience (Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista).
- Outstanding customer service skills with a strong customer support background required.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, MCP, CCNA, MCSA, or MCSE.

Sales Representative
Duties include proactive sales of computer products and IT support service (IMAC, break/fix, staff augmentation, projects, outsourcing) in the Dallas Forth Worth area. Responsible for the developing new business with new accounts.

Two years prior I.T product and service sales experience. Extensive knowledge of computer products and IT support services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to prospect for new accounts required. Knowledge of Dallas Fort Worth companies with track record of increased sales volume and existing contract preferred.
